Job Description

A Business Development Intern plays a crucial role in supporting business growth initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and market research.The preferred candidate should be based in Kochi and will operate from our office six days a week. 


Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Assist in generating leads through various channels, including online research and networking.

Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media.

Engage with potential clients to introduce the company’s products or services.

Develop and enhance communication skills through interactions with clients and internal teams.

Provide support to the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.

Learn about the services offered by the company and stay informed about industry trends.

Work as part of a team to achieve business development goals.

Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines for assigned tasks.

Maintain a professional image and uphold the company’s reputation during client interactions.

Document and organize relevant information related to business development activities.


Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify business opportunities.

Strong interpersonal skills 

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Effective time management skills

Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company positively during client interactions.

Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to business development strategies.
