POSITION : Telecaller | EXPERIENCE : 0+Year's

Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our services. The Telemarketer will also be responsible for scheduling appointments for our sales team. The preferred candidate should be based in Kochi and will operate from our office six days a week.


  • Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide information about products or services, including features and benefits.
  • Generate leads and gather information from potential customers.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives or field agents.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
  • Collect feedback from customers on products or services.
  • Update and maintain customer databases with accurate information.
  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams as needed.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and market dynamics.
  • Adapt to changes in scripts, products, or strategies as required.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the company’s image.
  • Adhere to call schedules and timelines.
  • Strive to meet or exceed assigned call and sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of call scripts.


  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
  • Experience in Sales is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English or any other regional language
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
